Dancercise

Wave your arms in the air, kick off those shoes and shake that booty all over the classroom! Everyone loves a good old dance every now and again, especially kids, and dancercise will give you the perfect opportunity to strut your stuff and to show everyone just what you are made of.

We will use everything from classical Beethoven to Ricky Martin's latin beat and the Ministry of Sound at 200 beats per minute! This is the perfect way to dance, laugh and especially to work off all of those naughty burgers you have been tucking into recently! You don't need to be an expert; you can even have two left feet. Design your own moves, follow ours or just get lost in music; whatever you do, Dancercise will be one of your favourite classes of the year.

PLEASE NOTE: Dancercise classes are always fully booked well in advance. Although we have now included an extra class on Friday,  we would still urge parents to reserve classes as soon as possible.
